Production & Quality Inspection

Our full‑series bridal jewelry follows strict manufacturing procedures. Every piece goes through multi‑layer inspection from metal casting, stone setting, polishing to final delivery.

1. Precious Metal Verification

Raw gold materials are tested for gold purity. 14K and 18K materials are strictly separated. Each item is laser‑engraved with WM brand mark inside.

2. Lab‑Grown Diamond Screening

Lab‑grown diamonds are graded by IGI standards for color, clarity and cut. Main stones can come with IGI certificates. Accent stones with cracks or chips will be rejected before assembly.

3. Setting Safety Inspection

Prong and channel settings are double‑checked to guarantee firm stone holding. Stress‑bearing positions such as shanks, bangle hinges and ear posts are reinforced for durable daily wear.

4. Polishing & Surface Check

High‑gloss mirror polishing for whole piece. No sharp edges, burrs or scratches. Inner surfaces are smoothly finished for comfortable wearing.

5. Dimension Consistency Check

Ring size, bangle inner diameter and chain length are verified against order specifications. Within one set, metal tone keeps consistent without color difference.

6. Final Pre‑shipment Inspection

Complete set count‑up for jewelry pieces and matching gifts. Goods are cleaned and packed in dust‑proof package. Item specification sheet is enclosed. Special requirements for OEM orders are double‑confirmed.

Note: For OEM orders, summary inspection documents can be provided. Third‑party testing by customer is acceptable.
